We perform a visual inspection of the general property including building structure and individual units which will include:

-  Multiple Inspectors (plus assistants, consultants, etc.)
-  Electrical systems (Main panels and branch wiring)
-  HVAC systems
-  Plumbing systems
-  Water heating systems
-  Foundation elevation variances (via precision altimeter or laser)
-  Roof structure and condition (via Drone, roof surface and attic if accessible)
-  Any visual presence or conducive situations of mold/microbiological activity
-  Insulation/thermal efficiency (via Thermal Cameras)

 Report(s) will be submitted no later than the following day.
